Is your work staff or resident list growing? If so, you may soon need more user licenses! Every active user added to your Sequr access control system will use a single user license. For example, if you have 30 active users, you will need to make sure you have at least 30 user licenses.
The number of user licenses allotted to your account will depend upon the user license plan signed for in your Sequr contract. If you ever need to know how many user licenses you have signed up for, or how many you have remaining in your account, you can find your tally under the 'Billing' section in your Sequr admin web portal.
Your user license count will go up and down as you add and deactivate users within your system. If you deactivate a user, the user license they previously consumed will be recycled and added back to your user license count. For this reason, as well as to ensure the security of your office or community, we always recommend deactivating users upon their departure.
