If your mobile device has been stolen, we empathize. Losing a phone is both upsetting, and a hassle. If your phone has been taken, notify your cell phone provider (they might be able to lock or wipe your phone remotely), file a police report, and report the theft to your office or community administrator.
If you've downloaded a Sequr mobile key onto your phone, you will want to be sure that one of your system administrators revokes your stolen mobile key as soon as possible. Do this to ensure that the nasty thief who stole your phone cannot gain access to your property, and get their grimy mitts on more of your stuff!
To ensure the safety of Sequr clients' offices and communities, Sequr is unable to issue keys directly to users without written permission from a system administrator. In order to obtain a new mobile key, you will need to reach out to one of your office or community administrators directly. Once issued a new key, you will be able to redeem the key on your new mobile device. Keep in mind that a Sequr mobile key can only been downloaded onto a single device. They are non-transferable, so be sure to download your new key on a mobile device you belongs to you.
