Are you expecting someone to visit your office or community but they don’t have a key to access your property? No problem! Sequr admin can remotely unlock doors or gates via their Sequr account! 

For security reasons, only Sequr admin have access to this feature. They can remotely unlock doors or gates via either their Sequr web portal, or directly through their Sequr app. To issue a remote door open via your app, click here. How to Issue A Quick Grant from a Sequr Web Account

1) Log into your Sequr web portal. Click on the 'Control Center' tab on your Sequr dashboard.

2) You will see a list of all doors within your Sequr system. Find the door or gate for which you would like to issue a quick grant. Press the 'Quick Grant' button listed next to the door. The button will turn green and the door will unlock. A quick grant mimics a credential swipe so the door will remain unlocked just long enough to allow someone to get through the door. Once the button turns gray, the door or gate will become locked again.

How to Issue A Remote Open from a Sequr Web Account

1) Log into your Sequr web portal. Click on the 'Control Center' tab on your Sequr dashboard.

2) You will see a list of all doors within your Sequr system. Find the door or gate that you would like to remote open. Press the 'Open/Close' button listed next to the door. The button will turn green and the door will unlock. IMPORTANT: The door will remain unlocked until the button is pressed a second time. 

3) To re-lock the door, press the 'Open/Close' button once more. Once the button turns gray, the door will become locked again.
