Do you have an employee or resident that needs access to multiple offices or communities? You can easily sync mobile keys and keycards between portals, granting your users access to whatever areas they need.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Admin must have admin access to both Sequr portals in order to sync keys between them. 

HOW TO SYNC A MOBILE KEY

1) Click on the 'Users' tab on your Sequr admin dashboard and navigate to the profile of the user whose mobile key you would like to sync. If the user doesn't have an account in the secondary Sequr portal, you will need to create them an account. Click on the user's name to view their profile.

2) Click the '+ New' button.

3) You can select the type of key you would like to sync. It will be set as a keycard by default. To sync a mobile key, select 'Mobile Credential. If you'd like to sync a keycard, scroll down for instructions on how to do so. 

To sync the user's existing mobile key, press the 'Enter Key Number Manually' link.

4) A box will appear. Type the user's existing mobile key number into the box. IMPORTANT: The number you add must match the user's existing mobile key number. If it does not match, the user's key will not work at the secondary location. Press the blue 'Save' button to save the user's mobile key in the secondary Sequr portal. Once saved, the user will have access to both locations.

HOW TO SYNC A KEYCARD

To sync a keycard, you will need to follow Steps 1 - 2 of the instructions listed above. When you get to Step 3, instead of entering a mobile credential, you will need to select the add Keycard option.

Once you select the Keycard option, type the user's keycard number into the 'Key Number' box. IMPORTANT: The number you add must match the user's existing key card number. If it does not match, the user's key will not work at the secondary location. 

Press the blue 'Save' button to save the user's keycard in the secondary Sequr portal. Once saved, the user will have access to both locations.
