Having trouble logging into the Sequr app? If you're getting an error message that says your credentials are invalid or your email is not on file, you will want to check to make sure that you’ve downloaded the correct Sequr app.
There are two Sequr apps: a blue app for our Access Control product, and a green app for our Visitor Management product.
If you will be using your smartphone to unlock doors, you will need the blue app. If you will be using your smartphone to distribute pin codes to visitors so they can let themselves into your community, you will need the green app.

If you have downloaded the correct app and you are still having trouble logging into your account, you should try restarting your phone. If your app is still not working after a restart, you should contact your office administrator, or you can message us at email@example.com. We're always ready to help!
